Default Bulb condoms & sleeves

Does anyone know where to get bulb condoms/sleeves?

Also, in regards to Illusions DIY, does is he switchin the green led's with blue ones, or is he actually changing the whole dash to LED's?

try here you'd want the .12" covers.

Ive never tried them before, but they appear to be the same thing... in a few different colors.

Honda probably sells the factory color ones, but knowing them they are probably like $5 for 2. :fawk:

I believe he just switched the indicators for the climate controls to blue... as they are already LED's, so it makes things a little easier... changing the whole dash to LED's would require a lot of LED's and resistors.

In my car they are #194 bulbs... so like a quarter of an inch... the larger condoms should fit.

If you can't find them, use model paint...works like a charm. or if you insist: Light bulb diffusers

Sorry, I haven't taken the dash apart to look for the bulb type... I would look in the factory shop manual for that info, call the local dealer (if you trust their knowledge), or call egauges and ask if they know. When I put my oil temp gauge they helped me pick out the proper oil plug replacement senders pitch and thread, so they might know this stuff too. Sorry I can't be more help.
