Hey I bought a set of used comptech sway bars for a 6th gen accord. Are there suppose to be washers for the rear bracket? Looking at this picture



it looks like it doesn't come w/ any washers but damm, that washer head looks pretty small. Looks like its gonna go right through the bracket. When I installed it, I thought that was pretty wierd so I stuck a washer in there just to be safe, is that gonna affect anything?

 

to me, it looks as though there should be a washer on there... and no its not going to affect anything putting one on there... better safe than sorry...

It does look like that bolt could get pulled through the bracket... there is quite a bit of pressure on that bracket.

 

How does adding the rear swaybar feel now? Does it help with understeer much? Have you tested it by taking a 90 degree turn at 90 mph?

 

well the car corners flatter thats for sure. feels much more secure when i take high speed turns
