Default clicking steering wheel

i've noticed that when i turned my steering wheel (in either direction) it clicks.

i have no idea what this is, but i'm postivie it never clicked before

any assistance would be great

Sounds very similar to this. Have your CV joints and boots inspected. It's also possible that you might have broken a control arm also.

The steering wheel itself clicks, or you hear clicking while driving if the steering wheel is turned? Could it be something with your blinker mechanism?

i hear it when i turn the wheel...even if i'm sittin in my driveway and not moving, i can hear clicking
