I won't claim to be an expert, but I don't think you'll have to bleed the whole system. If you have a friend to help, you can do it without any special tools. Just fill up the reservoir, loosen the bleed valve on the caliper, then push on the brake pedal until a steady stream of fluid comes out of the bleed valve. While still depressing the pedal, close the valve. That's if you have two people doing it.

Otherwise you'll want a piece of neoprene clear tubing that fits onto the bleed valve and a small bottle that you can stick the tube into. Fill the bottle with an inch or so of fluid. The idea is to press the pedal until you've squeezed out all the air in the caliper as well as the neoprene tube, then when you let off of the pedal, fluid instead of air will be sucked back in from the bottle.

When I've replaced a caliper, I've never been able to get away with only bleeding that one corner.

and... I put a hose on the bleeder anyway, even with a helper to pump the pedal.
