damn angelina is so F'ing hot!
lol

No car is safe enough. Unless you have it locked up in a garage, surrounded by barbed wire electric fencing, a few guard dogs, motion sensor alarms around the garage and a rifle next to the window in your house that has a clear view of the garage... no car is totaly completely safe from some of the scum that walk the streets.
Hmm... I should sell that car protection system on ebay and label it as JDM. I would make a killing!!!!

The guy searched, found something he was looking for, and commented on it. :dunno:

why do you flame? he's not stupid. he's new, and he's obviously very interested in the topic and in the board. otherwise, he wouldn't have searched or been looking through enough threads to find one 5 months old.

he read a topic that is probably close to his heart (b/c his car got broken into 3 times), wanted to give his condolences (b/c he's probably a nice guy), and wanted to offer his advice/input (b/c he wants to help people or solicit his site or both).

although, posting his site and service is probably against the rules, welcome hamptongpstrack.

if posting a reply to an old topic is such an issue/burden/annoyance/etc then someone should just close old topics so no one can reply. im guessing though if that happened the people might make a new thread and then get ripped for starting a duplicate. im new here as well and have been just as guilty as this guy. so im sorry if my replies to old posts (including this one) have bothered anyone.

back to the topic. my car has been broken into 6 times in 8 years. 4 times in raleigh, nc and twice in columbia, sc. the most recent @sshole decided to rip out the middle air vents on the dash, practically pull off the entire dash, STEAL the knobs that you use to adjust the heat and air, all in an attempt to steal an $80 cd player that they had no face for. it was about $800 worth of damage. not sure why they wanted a piece o crap cd player with no face (which he was not successful in stealing, or he was interrupted or changed his mind) and knobs to adjust the heat and air. he must have been pissed about something because the following night he (or someone) busted the small triangular window on the back drivers side door and rummaged through my glove box and stole my car registration. could be coincidence but i think it was the same f#cker.

You gotta remember that there is A LOT of new people joining the site, so to them, these threads are all still new. It just brings back an old thread so that the new people can learn from it. If it's old and you've posted in it. Just leave it alone.
I've read threads from 2003 and still found interesting info on them.

It's not a big deal at all. If you find something you want to post about, post.

If someone weren't allowed to post in an older thread, then we wouldn't have such an extensive archive. We'd just prune everything after 30 days.
