Ebay power chip module..Do they work??

they say it gives you up to 20hp and hooks up to your MAF and sends a reading to produce more power within factory limits...

does anyone know someone that has this??

its a piece of crap, it about a 20 cent piece that really doesnt do anything, you are better off not to buy it.
