98 Accord Clutch
just started today,
I was at a light and it was about to turn green so i threw it in 1st and had the clutch in ...well the light took about another 20 seconds to change ..
then i noticed my clutch was stuck i had to turn the car off to keep from stalling being that i couldnt take it out of 1st gear ....anyone know what caused this?

C'mon dude. By your third post I can feel you are frustrated by the fact that no one has replied yet. Trust me some one will. We have families, jobs, school, kids and so on. Just be patient.
Can't really help you more than that. I got 2003 I4 AT.
Good luck

Sounds like maybe your clutch was slowly engaging as you held the pedal down. That's basically the same as when your brake pedal slowly sinks to the floor at a red light. You probably need a new clutch master cylinder.
Gonna DIY? Here's what you can check (without the engine running)...
The clutch slave cylinder is on the front of the tranny, kinda low & near the radiator fan motor. This small hydraulic cylinder pushes against a throw-out lever that sticks out from a hole in the tranny. Maybe it's covered up with a rubber boot.
It should push that lever about 12 or 13 mm when you press the clutch pedal down. Have someone push the pedal while you watch. Pump the clutch pedal up & down a few times, then hold it down on the floor. Keep holding it for a couple minutes. The lever is NOT supposed to slide back towards the slave cylinder. If it does, then you need a new master like I said above.

id check for air in the line, that happened to me...my pedal just fell to the floor and i found otu that one of the lines were busted so it was slowly leaking fluid and letting in air.
you shouldnt hold your clutch down like that. your e-brake is there for a reason and it puts a lot of stress on the components such as the throwout bearing and that shit goes out, you are going to have to drop the transmission to change it.
