Hey guys,

My driver's side door lock/hinge/mechanism randomly stopped functioning today!! At first the hinge thing remained locked and I couldn't even shut the door, then I was able to push it open so the door would close, but the lock won't function. It seems like the door handle doesnt catch the lock from the outside, I can open it from inside though. Any ideas?? Please help, so I don't get ripped off by a dealer

 

Maybe something has gotten bent?..

Get some grease in there and see if that's not maybe the problem.

Anything happen to the door recently? Has the door been replaced recently? Anything?
