hi, can anyone tell me where i could get the best deal on a 2004 accord 4dr oem front lip?

try handaaccessories.com. i don't know how the price compares for the lip you want, but my sister was able to get an outstanding deal there for a full 98-00 oem kit for $570 shipped.
