The dealer is your best bet if they have a T5 key programmer. I have
customers say they been charged double by locksmith so beware.Some
newer Honda's keys like 03 and later Accord have be made at the dealer.

the dealer is the best place for those keys as I had one made for $25 on a T5 blank for my 99 but on the 03 and latter ones have a rolling code and has to progarmed into the car's computer instead of cloned like the older keys.
