Default 2004 Accord EX 4cyl Issues

I have a few minor annoyances with my 04 Accord EX.
It currently has 12,500 on the odo.

I hear a clunking type noise when shifting into drive. Doesnt seem all that big a deal but if you listen you can hear it.
As well I swear there is some hesitation in d4 and kind of a not so seemless feeling. Ive heard there are some issues with the trannies in the 03/04.

Another annoyance is what i deem excess vibration in the steering wheel/driver seat at low idle, <1000. Anyone know what could be going on?

Otherwise I am totally satisfied with this Accord.

Thanks
Chris

The same on mine. With the trany what I do is that I don't let go the brakes after 2 secs and then go. Thats the only way I can bypass the clunk noise. I think these models they vibrate to much no matter at what rpm number you have them on. When I have people inside I pump the music. But now I hear these noise coming from behind me like if the seat belt is rubbing or hitting the plastic on the sides. It makes me nuts after all the money that we are paying for.
