my back bumper is falling off of my 1991 accord, right under the gas door i have rust and i guess it rusted thru, any suggestions on how to reattach it?

Screw it in to fresh metal. Otherwise you'll need to repair the rust and weld on a new bumper bracket.

 

zipties are are ur friend!

 

you might want to just take off the whole thing and check out if the side mounts are sagging or whatnot.

or you can loosen all the bolts and hold the bumper in place, while someone secures the bolts down. it is extremely easy to take off the rear one.

 

ight im gonna try and fix it this weekend. i just dont want to make it worse or anyhting, thanks for the advice
