i'm thinking about getting hid for my 98 accord i want somethink that i can install by myself and somethink cheap on price but good ,so any ideas where i can get them what is good and prices

this phillips ballasts i got were super easy to install ... here's a diagram ...
original
-------------------> (headlights)
after
---------->(ballast)------------->(hid headlights)
no wiring ... just plug and play
