problems with my crx(PLEASE HELP!!!)

Default problems with my crx(PLEASE HELP!!!)

my rpm's go crazy around 3000rpm or if i try to accel. hard. it's kinda hard to shift into gear alot of the time. when i let go of the clutch pedal in nuetral it make this noise like it rubbing on something but if my foot is on the clutch it don't do it. it will not burn out or anything and it also jerk while i'm driving when the rpm gauge start acting funny. i adjusted the clutch but don't know where esle to look. can someone please help
