Default anyone experience this problem?

the INNER WHEELWELL just broke apart and when i took a look at it i notice the inner wheel (rubber thing) was melting like if there was too much heat and the ruber just melt. i never hace had this problem and i been with the same drop for over 2yrs. the wheels are not touching anything i just cant understand why only both fron inner wheel broke and some of it was melted. take a look at the crappy cell phone pics each one new is $35 oem. btw they are still the original one so maybe it is time to get new ones.
