What is the best cold air intake on the market for a 1995 Honda Accord EX.

Indeed!....Invest your money in an AEM or INjen intake.
STAY AWAY FROM THOSE 10-20 dollar CAI on eBay.

put an ebayer on a civic and it worked out good. Its a freaking pipe. And most ebay ones are rip-offs from the major brands. Just get a good ebay one that looks descent and you will save yourself some money.

I got aem short ram and everytime i think about how much i spent on a piece of tube it makes me sick.

Go AEM and avoid hitting puddles. ive hit them, but not at WOT and experienced no probs. ive driven in hellish rain with no prob also. go aem and keep the filter clean.

K&N filter.... honestly, you'll see mearly the same gains, or so i've been told neumorus times...

The filter is ahead of the tire, I don't think water ever has a chance to touch it.
