Default Wheel rubbing right front wheel well.

I have tokico illuminas in the front with H&R Sports. Whenever I turn right my tires hit my right wheel well. It's only the right wheel that is hitting the wheel well, the left is ok. I have 18inch rims with 225, 35 Nitto 555. Also the left and right front wheel well length is different as well. My right front side (passenger side front) has about a 4 finger gap between the front wheel well and the tire and about 2 finger gap between the back wheel well and the tire. My left front wheel well (driver side front) has about a 3 finger gap between the front wheel well and the tire and about 3 finger gap between the back wheel well and the tire. What can I do to fix this?

Well based on your description of the descrepancy of tire to fender gaps, your caster could be off. You can get an alignment and see where it sits. The caster on our cars is adjustable to a degree (at least it is on 6th gens...what gen do you have?)

Sorry, I have a 6th gen. What if the caster needs more to be adjusted more than 1 degree? Also would any alignment shop know to adjust the caster or do I have to tell them and would they charge more for it? I am thinking of going to American Tires to get my aligment.

It probably depends on the shop...I would think some more compentent shops would be able to adjust everything, but I wouldn't be suprised if a some shops did not know how to adjust the caster on your car. As far as more than one degree, that's just what the service manual says...I've never needed to get mine adjusted.

Thanks, I found out what might be the problem. The bushing and nut that connects the radius arm/lower arm to the frame came completely off. There was nothing left. I bought the parts and will replace everything tomorrow and see if it fixes the problem.
