White Plastic and pulling up window!!
Someone please help me with any information as to a) what the white plastic stuff is on the inside of the driver's side door panel and b) how do I pull up my window so that i can at least duct tape it in the mean while?? I can't get my hands on both sides of the glass currently. PLEASE HELP! thanks

Carefully peel back the plastic shield in order to tape it back with water proof tape.
If the window is down, the bolts which connecting it to the regulator assembly should be visable. I believe you must remove 6 bolts, get a haynes manual if you want take on the challenge.
