Default Front brake shudder

My 1996 Accord EX with 84000 miles has started to shudder when brakes are applied at 60 mph or higher. Bought this car used 3 months ago with all repair paperwork included. Noticed new rotors were install at 74000 miles. Only 10 k on new rotors seems pretty bad. Any ideas ??

the rotors are warped. you should get them resurfaced before it's too late.

Henry,
Not sure of your skills, you may have already checked this out. I would check to be sure you don't have a dragging caliper that may have caused rotor overheating and warpage.

I assume new brake pads were installed along with the rotors? If so, when the pistons were pushed back into the calipers, it's possible something may have happened that is now causing them to hang up and ride the rotor too tightly. Just a possibility worth investigating.
