Default Vibration during Driving

I have an accord '01 EX manual with about 44,000 miles. At about 65 mph and above I get a vibration in the wheel. Its not a huge vibration just a slight one, I originally thought that I could have been an alignment because the car was also pulling a bit to the right. 2 days ago I had an alignment done but the vibration persists.

Any thoughts? Tires? Balance? ?????

Thanks in advance

So I hope the pulling is gone...

Next thing I'd do is get the wheels balanced. Ask them to look for bent rims; maybe they won't notice if they're not looking for it.

If you think you may have damaged a tire, look for someplace with a Hunter GSP9700 balancing machine. (Maybe other kinds that work the same way?) It presses the tire against a drum while it's balancing, so it can measure road-force variations along with simple balancing.

Yes the pulling is gone now. Thankfully.

Ill have to try the tire balancing, that was my next thought.
