The interior and exterior lights on my 94 accord pulsate. Occasionally the alt light will blink in time with the pulsation. The blinking of the alt light is very dim but the more accessories I use, the brighter it gets. The battery remains fully charged.

 

Check both battery terminals.
Blinking alternator light could mean the alternator’s brushes are almost worn out.
