problems with DEPO JDM style corners

I still had to drill a different hole in the arm for the screw attachment. It still isn't perfect but unless you look closely, you can't tell.

I basiclly made the cuts that re shown in that pic. I still had to drill a different hole in the arm for the screw attachment. It still isn't perfect but unless you look closely, you can't tell.

I got some DEPO Black Housings for my 5th Gen, didn't have a problem with the corners at all. I just pressed against the corner with one hand then, screwed it tight so it would hold it flush...The only ****ty part was the, drivers side corner started fogging up, ended up putting a tiny hole and blow drying it out then re-siliconed that sucker.
I would suggest you Silicon them before you put them on...to whoever has them out

To quote myself...
Now I figured out how to make them fit perfectly!
You have to make the cuts as illustrated above. Then there is the headache of the arms that don't fit right. I drilled a new hole thru the arm and into the mounting bracket. That worked pretty well. At this point they fit pretty well but the drivers side still stuck out on the top a little bit and wasn't flush with the body...
Well, I figured it out - Its all about adjusting the Headlight mounting bracket. The 2 top bolts that you can easily get to with the hood popped open are adjustable front to back. If you install the corners as outlined in previous posts, you can fine tune your fitment by loosening these 2 bolts and adjusting the bracket until the corners are flush (top and bottom) with the body. You will have to re-aim your headlights but thats no bid deal.
Woo-Hoo! my JDM headlights now look like they came from the factory that way!
