I have a similiar problem with my 90 Accord LX. The noise may be the front wheel bearing. Does it sound like a whirling noise and gets louder at faster speeds?

Without knowing what it sounds like, etc. it could maybe also be your CV axles. Check the rubber boots to see if they have split and/or slung out grease, etc....
