Default High Output Alternator

Anyone know where I can get a high output alternator for a 99 honda accord ex coupe? I would like one between 130 and 150 amps. Thanks.

Default Irragi Alternator

I have an Irragi Alternator, Built by Dominik Irragi (Dominik@tds.net). I found him in the electrical forums at sounddomain.com. If you email him with what you are running in your system, make, model, year of your car, engine size, and idle speed we can reccommend the right alt for you. I use a 180A (@2k RPM/ 100A @idle) to power my 1500w Phownix gold system. Dom is really good to work with and can help trouble shoot too if needed.

His prices will be better than almost anything you find.

If you want to spend more $$ then check out NW Wrangler. (Google Search) They used to make the alternators that Phoenix Gold branded and sold a few years back.

what ever you do, DO NOT BUY A RE-WOUND ALTERNATOR they will generate too much heat and fry themselves quickly. Get one that is BUILT to be High Output.

Hope that helps!
