Any current or previous 4th generation Accord owners resolved the annoying trunk leak problem. I have tired using weather stripping around where the trunk meets the body, duct tape, and even adjusted the trunk lid fitment. Nothing has worked. Looking in the owners manual, it appears there are vent holes just below the rear window and above the trunk lid.

Maybe water is seeping through these holes? If so, then there is no solution except to cover these holes.
