Default Tire pressure?

Hey Guys,
I know for my 99 Accord Honda says to use 29psi in all tires, but I just got some 17’s and 215 / 50 VR 17 tires. Since the tires are lower profile than the stock, I’m thinking that I should put a little more than 29psi, maybe like 35 or so? My main reason is b/c I think it will give my rim better protection if I hit a small pot hole or something.

What does everyone else use?

Sure, 35 is fine. You can play around with it, but I'd keep at least like 32 psi...anything north of 40 is going to be punishing and could decrease performance.

I'd say 32-38.
