the clock and climate controls are LED's, not a simple bulb swap.
behind the dash, I'm guessing 5 or 6. if you're going to do just bulbs, I'd get as much as you think you'd need, then return what you don't use.

i am selling some leds that fit the 6th gen accord clock/climate control units, really nice blue leds, like the ones on www.ledautomotive.com, let me know if you want some, brand new sealed. i am letting them go for cheap.

if you drive an 97, good luck with that conversion. there's blue paint behind the gauges, A/C controls and interior dimmer switch. it's a bitch to get it off - i haven't had any success yet. amber isn't going to work with that blue paint there.
the clock LED display is green to begin with, so you'll have to find one that's amber to begin with and swap the LED panel out. maybe a JDM civic, but you'll also have to make sure the LED panels are wired identically, or it won't work out. it's a lot of soldering, too.
the ashtray light should just have a bulb condom on it, and you can probably replace it with an amber light.
