Hey all... I have a 96 accord ex... it has a stock stereo deck and cd player. The cd player was working beautifully a couple weeks ago, then now, it just won't work. This also happend to my aunts 95 Accord lx, so is it just the cd player? What is a way I can fix it without using too much $$$? If there is no way, I'm just going to look for a new deck. Thanks.

 

Something like that happened to my accord [it wouldn't read any of my CD's]. I ended up just replacing it with a new headunit.

It might just be that it's dirty, try using one of those CD player cleaners, where it's a CD with little brushes on the back to clean the lens.
