odometer and radio backlights dont work..

The dash/odometer lights are not LED. They are tiny bulbs about the size of a pencil eraser. It's a pain because you essentially have to tear out most of the dash on that side to get to the bulbs. I know because I had to replace the tiny one just above my speedo...
On the other hand, I have a radio light or two burned out now as well and I'm not quite sure how to get to and replace them... Anyone?
