Default 98-00 dropped Sedan pics please post here!!

I'm trying to decide what springs to use to drop my 99 sedan. I'm not looking to buy a camber kit, so I probably won't go lower than 1.5" or 1.75".
-Please post some pics of your rides if you have dropped them and let me know what springs you used and how they have held up and how they ride.

-Thanks

Mine has Max Speed coilovers. I did install the alignment kits. Right now, the car is lowered about 1.5 inch (suspention) the tires should not have affected the chassis height too much, if at all. With the Tokico adjustible struts it rides great.

mines dropped 2" and i regret it... definately looks bad ass but everytime i bottom out i grit my teeth.. can't tell who felt the pain more, me or the car... heheh... i think the 1.8 and 1.7 drop is a good idea, or if any doubts pick up a set of coilovers

I really like it. Smooth ride, but just firm enough to enhance handling in the corners. I'd reccomend it. Going on 1.5 years with it like that. I was in the same situation at the time...not enough money for shocks as well. Springs I got for $160, install was $110.

Hey jschmid

Did you install any kind of camber kit when you did your drop? How have your tires been wearing over the past year? Just wondering? I don't want to buy that damn camber kit!!!!

I'm using the same springs as jschmid, except my drop is not as aggressive (I think the newer H&R springs are more conservative) and i'm at 1.5/1.25.

I lowered my car the day after I got it hehe, so right now after 3 months or so the springs have settled a bit I think.

It looks good, feels good and you can stay with stock shocks. I recommend the springs. No camber correction or alignment needed.
