Default Tranny Swap '02 Accord V6

Hey all,

I am sure that this question has been asked 100 times before but I didnt see any recent threads about it. I was wondering what it would take to do a transmission swap on a 2002 Honda Accord V6. I want to put in a manual transmission. The first question I have is obviously, will it work? I know that a lot of people will suggest that I just trade in the car and get a '03 or higher manual. If I had the money and wanted to do it, what will it cost and what do I need to do to make it work? Do they make a manual transmission that will link up to the V6 block? Will there need to be any other modifications to the linkage, etc. Please give me some input on this interesting project. Thanks for your time.

There maybe no threads about it because V6 use auto tranny only.

The first question is: Do you have either $3000 and the skills to do it yourself or if not at least $4500?
