Default 91 accord rear door panel

I am attempting to remove the door panel on the passenger rear door. I have removed all the screws that I can find and popped the panel loose from the door frame. However, when I try to lift the panel up it seems to be held in place at the door lock assembly. I have not removed the door handle from the rod. I am reluctant to do this because it does not seem to what is holding it in place. Any ideas as to what I need to do next to remove the panel? I am trying to get to the power window mechanism because it is stuck with the window slightly open.

I know that in the 5th gen front doors you have to remove the door handle by getting the rod off. I'm guessing that it would probably be the same in that car. The 5th gen has a little plastic piece that holds the rod that is easily removed. Sounds like that is all that you are missing.
