1997 Accord Cold Air Intake Problem...

Hi there. I just installed a CAI in my '90 Accord and when I was done and turned the car on, the engine revved iteself up to 2000rpm...and stayed there. What is that about? How do I fix it??

is there anything besides vacuum tubes it could be?

Sounds like you may have left something unplugged. You may have a vacuum leak. Why did you title it 97 accord, but you installed on a 90?????

you have to cap and shove foam into one of the vacuum lines...if you did it wrong then the car also might die at a standstill as well.
