well, since my civic got wrecked, i've been lookin at cars to replace it, and i came across a 89 Honda Accord LXi Hatch...it seems pretty cool, and i'm going to look at it on Monday...It's got 130k on it, and it's a 5spd. It's a little rough on the exterior with some rust spots, but the interior seems pretty clean...I was just curious as to the experience any of you has with them...also what kind of engine mod's can be made, in the way of engine upgrades or even swaps...they are asking $1800 but the price seems a little flexible...let me know what you guys think about it...hopefully i'll be able to test drive it and see how it runs and the kind of performance it's got...i'll keep you all posted.

 

It seems like a good price, considering you can get another 170,000 miles out of it easy if you take car of it. I have a 89 Accord LX, and it runs great. 180,000 miles on it. I'm not into the modding scene, so I can't help there...
