Clearing out yellow from accord blinkers...

Default Clearing out yellow from accord blinkers...

Was told something about putting the headlights in the oven or something... cant find a step-by-step anywhere, anyone have a DIY or a link to a past one i missed?

Your best bet is to purchase APC clear corner lenses and clear bumper lenses. They cost about $16 a pair. Try cardomain.com

depending on the accord you have, u might have to buy it. if it a 6th gen, u gotta clear it out, first preheat oven to 250 degrees for 5mins n then put damp / wet towel on the grill area. put your light on there with the lens on the towel for about 7-10 minutes. take it out and using a flathead, pry it open from the bottom in case it takes any damage. remove the orange strip on the bottom of the headlight. u will need silicone to seal it back up, clamp it together and give ita few hours to dry.

if u have the 4th, 5th gen uneed to buy the clear ones.

oh if its a 96, then u gotta buy the clear corners, i have some for sale if u want, good condition for 10 bucks + shipping.

do ur self ish.. props to the person that had given me the site.. BONE and/ or Skabone, I think... That ish was mad easy and didn't take too long.. Well worth the time.. even tho my sister is driving the car now, it looks so much better with the black housing.. I previously had them clear- wasn't feeling it too much... good luck homey.
