Just make sure you mark it and then double check the cam gear TDC mark with the crank's TDC mark. When it is finally aligned, make sure you retighten it to spec. Usually you will tighten the tensioner 3 teeth after TDC and it should be tightened to spec. That is how it is on my car, but I don't know about yours. Cams aren't really hard to do, but a service manual would help you out greatly for this project and any other projects in the future.
A 3rd party service manual for your car that gives you all the information that your owners manual doesn't. Such as: wiring diagrams, torque specs, removal/installation procedures, overhaul procedures, etc. You can pick one up at your local autoparts store.
