Default 3rd Gen Probs

[I have a 1989 Honda Accord LX (carb)]

I just spent all day changing the PCV Valve and the Fuel Filter. Afterwards, I took the car for a ride to see how it ran. It was fine when I first started it, but after riding it for about 10 mins, it started to vibrate when stopped at a light. I drove it home and opened the hood (while still running). The engine was making a clicking noise, but it always has before. I notice a grinding noise every few seconds. It never happened before. It seems to be coming from the direction of the carb.

The PCV Valve, fuel filter, air filter, oil, are all changed. Fluids are all fine. Belts have all been changed recently. Exhaust pipes and muffler are all redone. Any idea what this is?

EDIT: The idle is also pretty jumpy.
