very nice, i love that shape.

some constructive criticism:
1. drop those taillights, put stock ones back on.
2. get rid of those aftermarket foglights, put OEM ones on.

Yeah. I think it needs a drop, black housing signals all around, and start saving to get the leather re-done, or for some racing seats.

I've read a thread about smoking lights, but I wonder if I should smoke my rear side markers seeing as though I still have red taillights.

The wood trim actually looks nice IMO. The foglights need to go. There's nothing with a similar color (other than the plates) Some tints might look good since you have black headlights and tails.

smoking lights only looks good when something near it is already smoked, i.e. smoking front signals w/JDM-style black housing lights.

good call on the tint, 35% all around would look good.

how dark is the 35% anyone got picz of it? anyone know whats the darkest i can go in chicago? thanks!

as for the leather...well i was trying to persuade my father into doing them for me since he does upholstery work but he doesnt wanna go near it for some reason. i know its a real bitch cause ive worked with him doing some repairs on leather seats and its not fun. plus the leather is expensive...i was planning on going to the picknpull junk yard and see if i get lucky and i find some better seats.... or maybe get some off ebay?

That's awesome that you dad can do it. Start kissing some butt and tell him that you'll pay for the material and beer, and that it would be some great father son quality time.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, which is why I haven't given more thought to smoking those markers. And smoking the tail lights I got now I think would look nasty.
Wish I would have bought the side marker black housings on ebay that one time that I found them on there.
I also wondered if I could just get some clear ones, and turn them into black housing myself, but I think it's really not worth doing that.

danny, here's what my 35% tint looked like the day i got it. the pic (pre-drop and pre-rims) makes it look lighter than it did in person because the sun was shining through the front windshield. now, it seems like it's a little darker than it was soon after having it done.

that looks nice, i like it. thanks for the pic. im gonna go with the 35% all around, i didnt wanna make the back darker than the front cause then that would look lame...so imma have all the windows 35% see if i dont get drama from the police.
thanks!

Read the tint removal threads in case you do get a low-life cop. That way you'll know exactly how to get home and take off the front tints so that you can get the ticket dismissed. I wish I had read them before I had that problem. Even though I'm thinking of going even darker now.
