I recently had my front "h" emblem shaved off of my hood and then had it filled and painted to look smooth . now im thinking about getting a type r grill insert for looks . before i order it are there any problems with installing this or is it easily done thanks .

 

theres 5 screws, all accessed by just opening the hood and 2 "clips" that hold it in... its really easy.

eh, I deal mostly with internet places... Ive been to APG before, but they didnt rate too high on my "nice people" list... they seem rather arrogant and unhelpful. I am in albany a lot though, mostly at night time... lemme know if you ever wanna get together or somethin, im always free.

APG sucks as* . i have never once spent a penny there and never will . unfortuanately a lot of rich kids go there and get ripped off bad but oh well they deserve it because they are stupid . i do have pics on this board just search my name i think u can find it through a search of my name . however since then i have shaved fornt h and painted my side moldings . im going to have new ones soon . i actually live more in the troy area but i say albany because people are more familiar with it . maybe sometime we can meet up , it be cool to see two really similar cars next to each other . peace

 

I guess thats what happens when mommy and daddy buy them everything... now me, I gotta shop for the best price cause its my hard earned money!! I've been in there like twice, just cause its kinda cool to look at stuff in person... but like you, Ive never walked outta there with anything in hand.

If you wanna do a small "install meet" I can help ya out with that grille... eventhough its not hard at all, i'm sure you'll figure it out. But let me know if you wanna get together or something... we can meet up at northeast acura or something and gawk at the '03 NSX they have!!

 

that nsx is sweet , have u seen the hooked up rsx . its pretty nice but i dont think any of the parts are of top quality but it comes with white rims , catback exhaust , white aluminum wing , oem kit and blackhousings. if the install is that easy then i should be able to do it myself . i have done everything else myself except for my suspension .

 

Im from Niskayuna (Schenectady) Maybe we can get a local meet going, and maybe take some pics.

 

I would definitely want to do that meet up . I can think of a few more people with hondas that would be willing to come to . Maybe we can get a big picture too and post it . Let me know whats good for you guys . I go to school starting tomorrow hvcc.
