You should be fine, going a few thousand with it isn't going to make a huge difference. It's the long-term affects that are really the problem.
Also the F22's take 5w-30. Stay with what they say.

I have been told on more than one occasion that flushing and old motor will cause more harm than good. The are nooks and crannys in there that over time has some possible harmful items items laying dormant that will never be a problem. Using a product to loosen these could cause problems. I prefer to change the oil when reccomended and stay away from such items.

hmm, i put in 10-30.
anyways, im gonna start changing every 2500 miles, i only drive 6k a year plus when i get really bored in the afternoon...NOTHING LIKE DOING AN OIL CHANGE!!! i think i use quaker state stuff, it is always on sale along witht he 2 for 6 fram oil filters.
but i seriously dont drive much so no worries.
