The serpentine belt is just like the individual accessory belts of older cars, replace it when it starts to make noise or shows significant cracks or fraying.

The timing chains are to be inspected every 120k or so. Some confuse that with "they need to be changed every 120k", including me, but that's not the case.

Some Hondas do have hydraulic lifters, I could say what I believe to be the case regarding the vehicles mentioned in this thread, but I'm not 100% sure so I'd go by the manual (as far as valve adjustments) or give a search engine a whirl.
