wipers are still ging when on the off position

wipers are still ging when on the off position
Yesterday, when I turned my wipers off they continued going(they don`t want to stop) on my 94 accord. Also, there was a little noise coming from the drivers side (by the fuse box). Anybody knows what`s going on?
