Yeah. That would be intersting. Is there enough room for the full window to roll down with the shape of the door? Lets see what some more experts say. I've never really looked at it, but that would be something I would like too.

There is space and with a bit of hassle you can do it. The design was done because the Accord sedan is still considered a family car and its to keep kids from doing stupid things.

yea i figuered that..comming with the child proof locks it wouldnt make much sense for the window to roll all the way down since the point of child proof locks was for them to not get out while ur on the E-way....do you know how i can do it?..i was thinking about it again and i thought it wouldnt be possible since there is the curve from the wheel well on the bottome of the door..so the window would hit it and it wont go all the way down...i havent gone to look at it yet but thats what i was picturing in my head..please pardon the spelling....
dammit

The only rear windows that will roll all the way down are the ones that have the split stationary piece of glass to the rear. If your whole rear windows are one piece then they only roll down half way. This is because if they rolled any farther down then they would hit the inside of the door.

i think he means it will hit inside the door, where there is the curve for the wheel well.

Yes, On the 4th and 6th gens it was glass and on 5th gens it is a black plastic piece. I was looking at some 5g pics and am unsure about the window rolling all the way down. It looks like the Black plastic is to small and the window will only roll half way down.
