I'm trying to install a new drivers side lock actuator on my 99 Accord EX v6...


First of all, is this a 99 Accord 2-door lock actuator:





Cause I find where to put it in:

Thanks for any help you can provide....my drivers side door won't pop up anymore when i click the switch up. Alarm doesn't open it up either...

You need to take the door latch out of the car and install the actuator. I install them at the dealership without removing the latch, but it would be to hard for to explain it online. Good luck it is not as hard as it looks

 

Hi, are you talking about the second picture door latch that is hanging right below my mirror?

How come the actuator (picture 1) doesn't look like it fits on there? I looked at it for like 15 minutes...
