shock absorber
I lowered my car with a set of adjustable shock absorber, these guys right here,

but I dont know why my car is bouncing like crazy every time i am drive on some potholes or bump. Is it normal? what kind of adjustment can i do?
I felt sitting in my car is really uncomfortable now, I kind regret I put this thing on. Should i put the stock shock absorber back? coz i heard bad aftermarket will shorten the life span of your car, but i already spent so much money on it... any suggestions?

The spring rates and dampening are likely a lot stiffer than your stock setup, so you are going to feel the bumps, etc, that's normal. What wouldn't be normal is if the car continues to bounce after hitting a bump (oscillation), that's an indication of blown shocks/struts.
They don't look like coilovers. They ARE coilovers. So yes you did spend a lot of money on them. I would guess it's A-They are not set proplerly. The damper needs to be adjusted, the height that they were set at would also have to do with ride quality, if they were set to a drastic drop it would feel stiff. or B-You have never rode in a dropped car, which is what it sounds like from the way you describe shocks it sounds like you are a newbie to car mods. In that case, the coilovers (unless not adjusted correctly) give an awesome comfort/performance ride. You may just not be used to it.
PS avoid the potholes and bumps as much as possible. You won't regret putting these when you start taking corners and on ramps at 40+ mph while everyone else is slowing down to like 20 mph.

bouncing cars are the result of A-springs being cut to lower car (BAD BAD CHOICE-stop being cheap and just buy some lowering springs) or B-shot shocks. NOT the result of having coilovers. They ARE stiffer, which is want imporoves handling, looks, and decrease nast body roll, but do not result in a "hyper bounce". Maybe you live in an area that follows option A too much Rice Kit.
