tyc is alright, but the best projector for 6thgen is indeed a retrofit period.

Retrofit owens everything. If you don't have the money TYC's headlights are the next thing to choice but you can't compare it to a retrofit. Here is my setup, I'm going on my 3rd set in a few weeks also. If you are looking for a retrofit let me know or visit the site http://www.bwimports.org/forums/showthread.php?t=19

99aznaccord. That looks like fun, is that a set of TSX's? I've seen lots of your work on HIDplanet. They're impressive. I'm trying to do a retro on that the 6th Gen TYC. Hopefully it'll come out nice. I'd like to do one on the stock housing, but since my lady like the TYC more, I'd have to do it.

btw, when you do the retrofit on your TYC sets. You still have to bake them to take apart right? I see that they have some clips on them though. So they're harder to take apart?

I'm my opinion, yes the retrofit puts an HID in the headlight, and the light output is great, but I think that the headlight looks ugly as hell because of the refelctor still around the HID. It just looks stupid to me. That's just my thought though.

I havent changed the bulbs yet, so I dont want pics of the nasty yellow lights. Ill take pics when I change them. Here's the Halos on, and the halos and fog lights. Theres lots of glare from the fog lights. They are bright, and I took the pics last night with my phone so it picked up alot of glare.

I'm not the person that does the retrofits. I've had him do 2 sets for me. The projector you see with the cutoff line is my new projectors and 3rd set, there the very rare ECE Clear lense D2s Valeo projectors.
