Do you have track or dyno numbers? I've never heard of them doing more than maybe a horsepower or two for most Hondas.

lol it's right on my laminated engineering reference card that gets me discounts at geek conventions...HP = torque x RPM/5252 But what horsepower actually is is actually quite difficult to envision in your head. While torque measures how much power the downward piston stroke generates on the crank, horsepower is a rather odd function that compares it to how quickly it uses that torque. I dunno, I find it pretty fascinating

Hey, I live in Cali, right in Alhambra. Does anyone here know a shop that can pass the smog. I'm changing the engine in my 91 DX, and I'm afraid it won't pass. I'm going to change the Cat, and clean the EGR and PCV valves, but I'm just making sure I know a spot where I can go in case in don't pass. Please help!!!

If it's aftermart intake it's got to have a carb number or eo number, header same thing everything past the cat. is ok.
And yes Honda does make emission related air boxs stock. look at a 00ish ody and you'll find coolant hoses going to a small heat exchanger in the air box. It's called early fuel evaporation.
