Default f/r wheel problem

has anyone ever had this prob before? my f/r wheel grinds against that little flap thingy that is right behind it when hitting the brakes, also while in D there is this popping sound when fully pressing brake and releasing it. it also makes noises when hitting bumps. any ideas? ive already took my wheel off and the brakes arent worn.

Could it be bad rotors or one of them bars i broken and your wheel touches it...could be anything, I say take it to a mechanic dont want the wheel flying off on you on the road.
