well, you should not be too offended by a smart answer to a dumb question...

nothing against you, but the point of modifying a car, especially the headers and exhaust, is typically not exclusivly for aural pleasure. I mean if the only point of modifying your car is to make noise, just buy a CD of cool car sounds from wal mart and drive around with your system cranked up.... you will be just as cool as every poser out there that straps a coffee can to the end of stock exhaust, and you'll save yourself a pretty penny. Plus I hear it makes you go faster.

Im not trying to be a jerk, but dont call people jack@ss when you want to do something that is arguably retarded.... its no way to make friends.

if you just want it to be louder you can get an ebay muffler or something. won't help performance wise though.

i cut the tips of my muffler 4 inches and the sound changed a bit...it was to accomadate my DIY'd tips

i replace the dual tip for my stock 96 accord. $9 from autozone and now looks better not rusty it shines.
