Default Help w/ 96 Accord Window Problems

my driver side window will not go up. it will only go down. now its stuck. a friend of mine and i took off the door panel to check it out. we tested wires and found that the window was not getting power only to go up. it will go down. so we got the window to go up temporarily by hooking the switch it to a different source of power. so what do i do now? do i replace the switch or wires?

also my passanger side window is very slow going up and will be stop and go gonig up. so it goes up a little then stops completely and starts gonig up again. really slow.

can anyone help with these problems?

also where is a good price for these replacement parts.

i have a 96 accord i had all those problems. go buy urself a genuine motor kit complete from theaccordstore.com and have someone install them and buy some silicon spray from autozone or wherever and u are done. use the spray on the windows track once on a while it helps the window move easier and faster. thats all u need.
